Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, please contact us through our Contact page. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where and how to send the item. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible through our Contact page so we can review the issue and help resolve it.
Exceptions
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including used items, personal care items, final sale items, and gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a replacement is to request a return first. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the correct item.
Refunds
We will notify you after we receive and inspect the returned item. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
